At NewYork Machines, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery of the purchased item. Please review the following details:
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Package photographs must be provided when contacting us to expedite the return eligibility process.
Please note: Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and approval based on the condition of the returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. You will be notified if your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- In cases where a refund is granted, shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- We can provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience, but the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if approved.
